As a suite owner, I reserve time specifically for each guest. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24hr notice so that the appointment time can be offered to someone else. Appointments canceled within 24hrs of the scheduled time will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the booked service. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and schedule. - Bea
